Beagle - Bitsy - Medium - Adult - Female - Dog
Bitsey is a 26 pound Beagle. She is about 2 years old and is good with other dogs and cats. She was a hunting dog, but was hit by a car while hunting. Her owner left her in the road and a Good Sam brought her to the vet and he surgically repaired her hip. She is not as fast as she once was and has "retired" from hunting. However, she can sniff around and act like she is flushing out rabbits in the back yard. Bitsey is house trained and and affectionate. Bitsey needs a home that will love her for the great companion she is and not need her to hunt. They will not be disappointed.
