For sale! Getting new furniture set and have no room for this piece... Must be able to pick up. Purchased at Ashley's furniture at the Towncenter for $700 but selling for $300 or best offer. Must go. Spins all the way around and is more spacious than he average love seat.
Only issue is a few cat scratch markings on the back leather. Because the chair is so dark it's not extremely noticeable on the brown leather. I only noticed while posting this listing. That's why i decided to price item so low. Otherwise in great condition and haven't owned for long!
