I am Blackie and I am part of a duo, my half brother Zeus is discussed here as well. We came into rescue when our owner had to enter a nursing home. We are Chiweenies. So if you missed the previous round now is your chance to adopt mature dogs. None of that pesky puppy stuff. We are UTD on shots, neutered, and on heart worm preventative. We are still energetic even though I am 5 years old and Zeus, who is my half brother, is 8 years old. We love to go for walks, are crate trained and are working on our house manners. We prefer dogs our own size, and never met a cat we didn't like to chase. We are okay with older children, those little ones make us nervous. We have attached pictures for your viewing pleasure. I'm the one with the short hair.
