PLEASE beware of scammers and shops that sell used/refurbished/warranty repair beds along side new beds. It is up to you to determine if a mattress is new or not.. Most states have consumer protection laws in place that require a business to label and disclose in writing that you know you are buying a pre-owned mattress. FLORIDA DOES NOT .. So some places will advertise beds in the plastic and let you assume that is it new when it could have been a comfort swap or refurbished bed. PROTECT YOURSELF ! CHECK THE LAW TAG or look up the manufacturer and call them and ask if the shop you are buying from is an authorized NEW dealer.
I invite all my customers to inspect any of my inventory. I get truckloads from 3 different factories weekly so the law tags on my beds will show a recent production date. The beds I am warning you about would probably show a production date 5 months ago to 1 to 3 years ago..
