LOUIE is a good looking collie boy who was kept outside but he still does have house manners. He loves to play fetch and will bring the toy back to you. With some good leash training he will do well but right now he doesn't like it too much, but will walk beside you in a fenced yard. He does love his belly rubs and just to be petted.He would prefer a home as an only dog so he can get all the attention. A fenced yard is a must and definitely no young kids.
